ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in Crime No. 23 of 2025 on the file of the respondent 1/3

police for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 326(f), and 351(2) of the BNS, 2023. However, the Investigating Officer has concluded that the petitioner was not involved in any of the offences alleged in the case. Accordingly, the Investigating Officer is going to file an alteration report before the concerned Magistrate. Therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest for the petitioner at the hands of the respondent police. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
