ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2021 requesting for issuance of Degree Certificate in M.Sc. (Mathematics) Course, which the petitioner has completed in the respondent University through the Distance Education, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.S.Sureshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Ragatheesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner's application dated 20.12.2021 seeking for issuance of degree certificate in respect of the aforementioned course, which the petitioner has completed with the respondent, through the distance education, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.3465 of 2022 4.Accordingly, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.12.2021 seeking for issuance of degree certificate for M.Sc. (Mathematics) and pass final orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
