When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2015 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.245 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal.

2. Though amendment has been allowed by this Court, this Court is of the view that the charge sheet should be separately challenged by arraying the defacto complainant as second respondent. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal original petition. 3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with

liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh quash application, challenging the charge sheet in CC.No.245 of 2015. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
