ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent not to register the sale deed or any other encumbrances of the properties situated at Narasingampatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District in Joint Patta no. 1382, the land is measuring 13 acres 08 cents in Survey nos. 11/3, 12/3, 14/3, 12/7, 14/8, 12/9, 9/2, 14/1, 12/1, 12/5, 14/7, 11/1, 11/5, 12/3, 12/6, 14/2, 14/6, 11/2, 11/4, 12/4, 12/8, 14/4, 14/13, 14/4 and direct the respondents not to allow the 4th respondent to register the entire properties. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and 2/4
