Order:This Miscellaneous petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.BALAMURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.A.Ramer, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondent, this Court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 12.08.2017 to 21.08.2017.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 15.08.2017 at about 11.00 a.m., while the petitioner was returning home near Sakkudi bridge, some unknown persons have chased him in a Xylo car, however, he escaped on that day. He also submitted that the relatives of the deceased are residing near the respondent police station and the petitioner has to reach the police station by crossing the said area and hence, he seeks modification of the said condition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
