This petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 and their subordinates not to harass or ill-treat the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, in connection with a civil transaction. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.
