2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has complied with condition for 32 days and he has not complied for 6 days.
4.It is the duty of the petitioner to abide the order of the court regularly. But, the petitioner has not complied with the condition for 6 days. However, considering the facts and circumstances and to meet the ends of justice, the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal Services Committee attached to this bench on or before 3 days from the date on which the order copy
is made ready and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for another of one week failing which, the order of relaxation shall stand dismissed automatically and on compliance, the condition will be relaxed.
5.This petitioner is ordered accordingly.
