Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.THIRUVARUTSELVAN, Advocate in both the petitioners and of Mr.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation has not been completed.

A report dated 07.09.2017 from Judicial Magistrate No.I,Karur,reveals the fact that the petitioners are complying with the daily conditions from 01.08.2017 to 06.09.2017. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
