ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that FIR has now been registered in Crime No.46 of 2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 131 and 351(3) of BNS, 2023.
2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition by citing the Crime Number and making the necessary averments.
