This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.2/2014 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Commercial Crime Investigation Wing, Karur.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent No.1 laid the charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithurai and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.2 of 2016. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
