ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu by name Arumugam, S/o.Muthiah, aged about 45 years. The said petition is filed by the wife of the detenu. 2.Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the detenu's son was detained under the Goondas Act. In view of the mental agony, he had left the home and went to Tirunelveli.
3.Now, the detenu-Arumugam, appeared from the office of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor through Video conferencing and he was identified by the wife/petitioner-Jeyalakshmi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
