O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction to the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.02.2022 under the criminal law by conducting a effective investigation as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner against the counter party, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct detailed enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
