PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to 1/4
execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the properties measuring to an extent of 58 acres and 20 cents in 36 survey numbers at Meerankulam-II Village, Sathankulam, Thoothukudi District as per the proceedings of the second respondent dated 09.03.2018 in Na.Ka.C4/46303/2012 dated 28.12.2020 in Na.Ka.C4/46303/2012 within the time stipulated by this Court.
