ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioners in both the petitions are accused of offences under Section 14(1)(c) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, which is bailable. In view of the above, these petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate for regular bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already furnished sureties, when the interim anticipatory bail was granted. The petitioners are permitted to take the same sureties for applying for regular bail before the learned Judicial Magistrate and the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to accept the same.
