O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the third respondent to instruct the fifth respondent to return back her original document No.3892/2011 and not to interfere the civil issue.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that based on the complaint given by the sixth respondent, the fifth respondent called the petitioner and in the course of enquiry, they received her original documents and obtained the signature in the white paper and therefore, she seeks a direction to return back her original document No.3892/2011 and not to interfere with the civil issue.

3. It is seen from the complaint of the 6th respondent dated 01.02.2020 that there is a civil transaction between the petitioner and the 6th respondent and the petitioner has given a complaint belatedly. There is no proof to produce the document before the police and hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. If at all the document is missing, it is well open to the petitioner to obtain certified copies from the Registration Department. No costs.
