Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the first respondent dated 27/09/2017 bearing No.Ka.A.019906/603/Ni.Pi.2/Ni.U.3/ Ko.Mu.Tha.P1/2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first Respondent to disburse the proportionate share of the terminal benefits of Jayamurugan S/o.Late Ramasamy assessor to the petitioner.
