This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.38 of 2013, under Section 4 of the Tamilnadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Act 2003. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed on 27.11.2013 itself before the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, but, so far the case has not taken on file.
