The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to expedite the investigation in Crime No.201 of 2015 pending on the file of the second respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 11.12.2015, no final report has been filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent Police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four weeks. 5.In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed to expedite the investigation and to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
