No.1 (re-survey No.258/2), Narasingam Village, Arumpanoor Panchayat in Madurai District to any other place.

2.According to the petitioner, the TASMAC retail shop No.5439 at Door No.1 (re-survey No.258/2) is being run in the petitioner's premises. Now, the respondents are taking steps to shift the shop to some other place and hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.02.2018 to the respondents. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 5, on instructions submitted that as on today, there is no proposal to shift the shop and it is only an apprehension of the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.3194 of 2018 is closed.
