Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent not to interfere the civil dispute between the petitioner and 3rd respondent in respect of rental dispute in the premises situated at Arasan compound near SFR Women's College, bearing Door No.1C-7-1C-6, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to remove the lock which was put up by the 3rd respondent at the instigation of the 2nd respondent in respect of the premises situated Arasan compound near SFR Women's College, bearing Door No. 1C-7-1C-6, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and third respondent herein and to direct the second respondent to remove the lock, which was put up by the third respondent at the instigation of the second respondent in the petition mentioned premises. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.4295 of 2021 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 stated that based on the complaint lodged by the private respondent, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 25.03.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
