Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to proceeding Na.Ka.P9/11801/2017 dated 28.03.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbearing the 3rd respondent from disposing the petitioner from S.No.298/10 to an extent of 15 feet cents situated in Pattanamkathan Village, Pattanamkathan Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk .
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.M.HASSANUL BAZARI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to implead the petitioner as 5th respondent in the Writ petition.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner would state that he is the necessary and proper party in this writ petition. It seems that based on the order passed in the writ petition, the respondents have initiated eviction proceedings. Even though the petitioner has filed this application to implead the petitioner as 5th respondent in the writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that this petition deserves dismissed.
