ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 417, 376, 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 4 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the victim belongs to Schedule Caste community and she is now five months pregnant.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had actually married the victim. But, he is not in a position to produce any marriage certificate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.3247 of 2020 5.Taking note of these aspects, I am not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner.

6.It is made clear that if the petitioner produces any marriage certificate and also an affidavit from the victim indicating that there is protection and security for the victim, this Court will be inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. 7.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. sd/- 24/02/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
