Criminal Original petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to direct the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli to consider the bail application of the petitioners to be filed in Cr.No. 119 of 2017 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER: This Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Selvakumar, Advocate for the petitioner and of K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate for the Respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Krishanan, Advocate for the 3rd Respondent, and this Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P(MD). No.8615 of 2017 dated 10.07.2017 for further period. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that due to ill health, he could not appear before the concerned Court to give surety in compliance of the order passed by this Court. Hence, he seeks to extend the time for a further period of two weeks.

Hence, the time granted earlier in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8615 of 2017 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
