ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.492 of 2022 dated 19.10.2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in S.T.C.No.396 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
