O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 5 more particularly the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2022 for initiation of criminal proceedings and conduct an enquiry with regard to highhanded, illegal, unethical acts of the respondents 6, 7 and 8, with regard to the illegal sale of the property bearing Survey No. 354/2B measuring to an extent of 12 Cents situated at Solaiseri, Tenkasi District forthwith.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner against the respondents 6 to 8, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the fifth respondent.

3.In view of the above, the fifth respondent is directed to conduct detailed enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 8 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
