This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order dated 18.01.2023 on the file of the Recovery Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, returning the claim petition filed by the petitioner in M.A.Sr.No.318 of 2023 in R.P.No.99 of 2013 in R.C.No.99 of 2013 as not maintainable and further seeking a direction to number the claim petition and take the same on file before the learned Recovery Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the issues have been settled between the parties and nothing survives for further adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition. 3.Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.
