The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.10.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
