The above petition is filed to order substituted service of notice to the respondents 1 and 3 by way of publishing the notice in any one of the daily Newspaper in S.A.(MD)No.263 of 2020.

2. No representation for the fourth respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

Records perused.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the first respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Chennai Edition and for the third respondent, by paper publication in any of the English Newspaper having wide circulation in the locality i.e., in Kerala State Edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 18.03.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 09.03.2026.

5. Post the matter on 18.03.2026.
