O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2021 and to issue No objection certificate for running the SPA cross massage Centre at First Floor, No.9, Kamatchiamman Koil South Street, Karur in the name and style of "Grenns Ayurvedic SPA Centre" by the petitioner after inspecting the premises in accordance with law within the time fixed by this Court.

2.It is stated in the petition that the petitioner is proposed to run the SPA, for which 'No objection Certificate' should be obtained from the police, who is empowered to issue the same after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD). No.3487 of 2022 inspecting the proposed centre. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 01.12.2021 and the respondent did not consider the same.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner''s representation dated 01.12.2021, on its own merits and take further action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Such an exercise shall be done, after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the persons, who may be interested in the subject matter.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
