Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent/writ petitioner and also perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

2. It appears from the affidavit that the delay was occurred due to the administrative reasons. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent/writ petitioner strongly opposes for allowing this petition by stating that no plausible or acceptable explanation has been provided for the delay.
3. This Court has also gone through the impugned order, which is the subject matter of challenge in the writ petition. This Court, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, is inclined to condone the delay by putting the petitioners on terms.
4. In result, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand only) to the "Shelter for Urban Homeless, Rojavanam Aged Home, Ulaganeri, Melur Main Road, Madurai - 625 107", within a period of one week from today and file a Memo to that effect before the Registry.
5. The Registry, on receipt of such Memo, shall number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.K.Appadurai, learned Counsel for the first respondent/writ petitioner, on the next date of hearing.
