ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Theni in Crl.M.P.No.7413 of 2021 in R.C.S.No.35/2017 dated 21.12.2021, thereby, ordered for re-opening of the case in Crime No.33 of 2013 and direct the first respondent to conduct further investigation and file a report on or before 03.03.2022.

2.The petitioner is being an accused in this case. Further, as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, the first respondent enquired further and about to file a report, as contemplated under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C.

CRL OP(MD). No.3777 of 2022 3.Therefore, this Court finds no merits in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
