There is no representation for the contempt petitioner.
2. As per the documents filed by the respondent, it appears that there is no 40 ft. road though the scheme was framed long back and earmarked some portion for 40 feet road. Further, it is brought to our notice that the suit between the parties had been disposed of. The contempt petitioner is arrayed as the second defendant in the said suit having suffered a decree from the civil court. It is open for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. There is no reason to entertain this Contempt Petition in view of the report submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent.
3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is dismissed. No costs.
