ORDER

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of a petition for divorce filed by the husband on the file of Sub Court, Ambasamuthiram to the file of Sub Court, Valliyoor. The ground on which the transfer is sought for is convenience.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband would submit that he has no objection for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamuthiram to the Sub Court, Valliyoor.

3. Recording the said statement, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamuthiram, is withdrawn and transferred to the Sub Court, Valliyoor.

4. Considering the fact that the Original Petition is of the year 2019, the trial Court, namely, the Sub Court, Valliyoor, is required to dispose of the Original Petition within a period of six https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.106 of 2020 months from the date of resumption for normal physical hearings in the Courts at Valliyoor. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
