ORDER

This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.210 of 2021, on the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi, to the file of Sub Court, Ambasamuthiram. 2.Today (ie., 26.04.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsels appearing for the parties have consented that the case may be transferred to Sub Court, Tirunelveli, instead of transferring it to the Sub Court, Ambasamuthiram.

3.In view of the above said submissions, this Transfer C.M.P. is partly allowed, thereby, H.M.O.P.No.210 of 2021, on the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Tirunelveli. The learned Sub Judge, Tirunelveli is hereby directed to refer the matter for mediation. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
