Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C praying this Court to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in Survey No.744/4C situated at Seelampadi village, Dindigul district.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in Survey No.744/4C situated at Seelampadi village, Dindigul district.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
