ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 397 IPC in Crime No.46 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Earlier the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3912 of 2018 and this Court, taking note of the serious allegation against the petitioner was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. There is no change in circumstances in this case.

4.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
