Mr.S.A.Ajmal Khan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission by dispensing with the notice on the 4th respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the 4th respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.3504 of 2022 3.The petitioner appears to have given a representation dated 04.10.2021 in respect of election to be held for the Pallivasal for the period between 2023-2026.

4.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2021 will be considered and appropriate decision will be taken as to whether the election is to be held in terms of the representation of the petitioner.

5.Recording the above statement, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. It is needless to state that before passing such orders, appropriate notice shall also be issued to the 4th respondent. No costs.
