This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint received by the 3rd respondent police, the petitioner was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the respondents police. Further, the respondent did not interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner.
