This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order dated 22.10.2025 passed in Ar.O.P.No.101 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, for the present.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order in Ar.O.P.No.101 of 2024 is dispensed with for the 2/4
