Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take necessary action and provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.01.2026, registered in CSR No.9 of 2026 on the file of the 3rd respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take necessary action and provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.01.2026, registered in CSR No.9 of 2026 on the file of the 3rd respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation was closed. 3.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the official respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the official respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's fresh representation and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks therefrom.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
