..Respondents in all petitions COMMON PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to give increments and Leave Surrender for the period of 3, 3, 3 and 4 years respectively (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017) and further direct the respondents to give selection grade and enforce the 7th pay commission based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2018. For Petitioners : Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar For Respondents : Mr.S.Srimathy (for R1) Special Government Pleader T.S.Mohamed Mohideen (for R2) (for all petitions) COMMON ORDER The petitioners are working as turn cocks in Kodaikanal Municipality. Their grievance is that they have not been given with any selection grade and the seventh pay commission recommendations benefits have also not been passed on to them. In this regard, they have given representations.

2.Hence, the second respondent is directed to forward the representations given by the petitioners to the first respondent and the first respondent is also directed to pass orders there on within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
