The petition is filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to implement the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17539 of 2015, dated 07.10.2015. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent would submit that after registering the FIR, investigation has been conducted and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 16.07.2017 and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
