Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/ accused No.2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 & 506(ii) of IPC @ 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) in Crime No.6 of 2018, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Naraikinaru Police Station, Thoothukudi District, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.There was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. Therefore, the petitioner and other accused persons quarrelled with the defacto complainant referring to filthy language and attacked with iron rod and also threatened to him. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and there is no previous case is registered against the petitioner.

5.Taking note of these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
