ORDER

Challenging the notice issued by the second respondent, calling for a meeting for consideration of no confidence motion moved by the directors of the society against the petitioner, to remove him from the post of President, this writ petition has been filed.

2.Admittedly, meeting was held on 09.02.2018 itself. According to the petitioner, resolution was also passed against him. In the above circumstances, since the meeting itself is over as early as on 09.02.2018, the petitioner, now, cannot challenge the notice for convening the meeting. If at all the petitioner has got any grievance against the removal, it is always open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
