ORDER

The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2023.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.In view of the fact that the first respondent has now posted the hearing for 20.02.2025, it would be suffice to dispose of the said writ petition, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.08.2023, after concluding necessary enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
