This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection based on the complaint, dated 09.01.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass orders without issuing notice to the private respondent.

4.Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered and FIR has been registered by the respondent police, no further orders are required to be passed.
