No.6945 of 2017 on 06.07.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition is filed for relaxation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has complied with condition for 36 days and thereafter, he has not complied.

4. It is the duty of the petitioner to abide the order of the court regularly. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition is filed on 21.08.2017 and the same has not been listed. However, considering the facts and circumstances and to meet the ends of justice, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal Services Committee attached to this bench on or before 3 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m for a period of four https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

weeks, failing which, the order of relaxation shall stand dismissed automatically and on compliance, the condition will be relaxed.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
