O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in this habeas corpus petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter, by name, V.Ashwini, aged 17 years before this Court and handover her custody to the petitioner.
2.The second respondent produced the detenue and she appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, she would state that she married the third respondent on 05.02.2020 and it was an arranged marriage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.(MD) No.363 of 2021 It is further stated that she has become a major and she is now residing with the third respondent and she is not being kept illegally by any of the respondents.
4.Recording the said statement, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
