This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2022, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Trichy.

2.The petitioner is residing at Trichy and has no income. Since, she is a lady, could not travel from Trichy to Kumbakonam for each and every hearings. The respondent/husband has filed CRP(MD) No.84 of 2022 prays to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.48 of 2022 from the file of Family Court, Trichy to the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam, for conducting a joint trial in H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2022.

3.The petitioner being a lady, could not travel from Trichy to Kumbakonam for each and every hearing. Considering the above facts, this Transfer C.M.P. is allowed, thereby, H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2022, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam is withdrawn from its file and transferred to the file of Family Court, Trichy.
