2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the order that has been passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17634 of 2022, dated 14.11.2022, investigation has been undertaken by the Deputy Superintendent of Police. The FIR has been altered and final report has been filed before the concerned Court through e-filing, on 02.05.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. This contempt petition is closed.
